Can I access any level class on my membership tier?
Yes. But only if the coaches have determined that you are at that grade.

For example: If your grade is Intermediate and you hold an Advanced Membership, you cannot access the Advanced classes. However, you can still access all the membership perks of the Advanced Membership ($0 Open Gym, 10% Discounts etc.)
How can I purchase apparel?
All apparel (uniforms, gloves, wraps) can be purchased directly through the store on our Members App.

You will be able to pay directly through the app via your card or bank account details on file. Once you've completed your purchase, simply show the front desk staff and they will give you your gear!
Do I need to sign in for classes?
Yes. Spots in each class are capped to maintain the highest standard and prevent over-crowding. Sign in through the app before you arrive to secure your place.
Do I have to wear the uniform?
Yes. You are expected to wear a clean uniform whenever you train. However, while we wait for uniforms to arrive you are welcome to wear appropriate training gear, even from other gyms.
A strict uniform standard will be in place from August 1st 2024.
Where can I find the member app?
The entire gym runs off the members app. Download the Glofox app from your app store and search for SGC MMA. From there, you can register your profile.
Can I freeze my membership?
You are able to freeze your membership for periods of 2 to 12 weeks. Note that freeze periods do not factor into minimum contract periods.
Talk to an SGC Team Member if you require an extension on your freeze period.
What is the membership cancellation policy?
To cancel your membership, please provide a 4-week notice either via email or directly to an SGC Team Member. This can be done anytime after you have completed the initial 6-month minimum term. We value your feedback, so please let us know how we can improve!
